The process

Three steps, managed with you

  1. We prepare: style & furnish

    We showcase the best of your property so it stands out, with recommendations for its facelift. We can also handle procurement and installation for you.

  2. We seek: potential tenants

    Our marketing team reaches many prospective renters online. We prepare open inspections and screen tenants with reference checks on personal, professional, financial, employment and rental history.

  3. You sign, we manage

    Once you have approved the tenant, we arrange all the documentation and manage the property throughout the year, with two inspections a year and monthly updates.

Full-service letting management, for the whole of the service walked through opposite: styling, marketing, referencing, documentation and year-round management. No separate charges are added once a tenancy is running.
